This study aims to clarify the impact of sustainability on organizational performance in the insurance companies sector in Jordan by answering the following question:
To what extent does sustainability impact organizational performance in the insurance companies sector in Jordan? This study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and this approach is compatible with this study. Primary and secondary data were used in collecting data. As for the study population, this study centered on the insurance companies sector in Jordan and a sample. The study consisted of workers in the insurance companies sector in Jordan.
