Digital banks are basically applications that keep pace with technology, and therefore, especially for Jordanians, they greatly affect the extent of technology use due to several factors that will be clarified in this study in detail, such as digitalization. Banks can significantly affect the effectiveness of Jordanians using technology through providing appropriate and effective digital financial solutions. The current project aims to study the factors that affect the distribution of digital banking channels in Jordanians' resistance to using technology. Out of 10 items, 73 questionnaires were retrieved out of 100 questionnaires, and it was clear from the results of the analysis that the hypothesis was rejected, which states that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dependent variable (technology resistance) and the independent variables (safety, costs, self-efficacy, awareness, usefulness, and ease of use) in Jordanians' resistance to technology use. The study concluded the following most important recommendations: Jordanian banks need to provide additional entertainment value for young people and additional convenience for older consumers. Originality / Value: The main contributions revolve around developing a better understanding of the underlying factors affecting the adoption and use of electronic banking services.
